Taking back reusable packaging and cooling elements

We take the issue of sustainability very seriously and see it as our duty to utilise the available resources in a responsible manner. That is why we are currently trying to establish a system that will enable us to efficiently return the polystyrene cooling packaging and the associated cooling elements to us so that they can be used again. For the time being, we can only offer this service within Germany .

This return is free of charge for you and is voluntary!
So if you prefer to dispose of the polystyrene boxes and cooling elements as before, this is no problem at all. However, if you would like to test and establish this measure with us, then we need your help:

We ask you to observe the following points for a successful return:

1. Please only return intact and undamaged polystyrene boxes and cool packs or cool bottles. Cardboard packaging, film and other waste cannot be taken back, please dispose of these at your local recycling centre, for example.
2. Please remove all stickers, hazardous goods stickers and labels from the box.
3. Via this Link will take you to our returns portal. Fill in the required fields correctly so that a return label can be created.
   
4. Pack the cooling elements in the polystyrene box, seal it and affix the UPS return label to the box so that it is clearly visible.
5. Hand the return over to a UPS driver at the next delivery or collection. To make it cost-effective and efficient, please do not organise a separate collection from UPS, but simply hand over the consignment with the next delivery - this saves diesel and avoids additional journeys.
